In everyday use

Five pieces, four seats. The loveseat runs 50.5 inches for two, the chairs take one each, and the 43-inch coffee table sits in the middle at 16.5 inches — low enough to put your feet up, long enough to hold a meal for four. The side table goes wherever the fifth thing needs to go. Every seat sits low at 11.75 inches with a 19.75-inch back cushion behind it, so the posture is reclined rather than upright. Both tables carry a second tier underneath for the things you don't want on the surface.

What sets it apart

Aluminum frames, whitewashed
The structure is aluminum, finished in a lightly distressed pale grey that reads as weathered wood rather than metal.

Dual half-round hand-woven rattan
The seat bodies are wrapped in hand-woven PE rattan using a two-thickness half-round strand, so the weave has relief rather than sitting flat.

Four-inch seat cushions
Every seat cushion is 4 inches thick, with a 19.75-inch back cushion behind it.

Why we chose it

Most five-piece sets are one idea repeated five times. This one has a structural idea — the frame stays on the outside — and it changes how the whole group reads on a deck. Arms and legs sit clear of the seat box, the back legs rake out behind, and the result is a set that looks open instead of blocky, which matters when you're putting five pieces into one corner of a garden. The pale frame against brown weave is the other reason. It's warm without being heavy, and it doesn't fight whatever's already planted around it.
