AVORA Basecamp Kitchen Station
Running water at camp changes the whole day. Vegetables get rinsed where they're cut, the catch gets cleaned where it's landed, and the washing-up stops being the job nobody wants.
In everyday use
Hook the garden hose connector to a standpipe or a tap and you have a working sink outside — a proper basin with a drain plug, a faucet that swings a full 360°, and a hose that runs the waste water into a bucket underneath. Two-thirds of the top stays clear for prep, with three grooves along the edge to park a knife between cuts. When it's time to leave, the legs fold and the whole station flattens to 2.8" and goes in behind the seats.

Why we chose it
This started life as a fish-cleaning table, and that heritage is why it works — every part of it assumes mess, water and being outdoors. Most camp kitchens give you a surface and leave the water to you. This one closes that gap, and the difference shows on the second morning, when the pans from last night are still where you left them and there's somewhere to actually wash them. The top takes 176 lbs, so it doubles as the prep bench, the serving table and the place everything lands when you're unpacking.
